I have 17 years and my teeth have a tooth wear, mostly in the neck. how could repair or''seal''that wear? any cream or any remedy that would do it myself?

If the teeth are sensitive the best thing to do is use a sensitive type toothpaste like sensodyne or colgate for sensitive teeth. A dentist could fill that area but it requires special materials that only a dentist would have.
